Administrative Service & Support

Each employer program is supported by a team of experienced account management professionals who offer comprehensive services to assist you in administering your life insurance program. Your designated contact from your Human Resources and /or Accounting departments will communicate directly with the account manager dedicated to your program, who can act as your liaison between you, your insurance agent, and the insurance company.

Efficient Enrollment Services

Your dedicated Executive Life Solutions, Inc. account manager will work with you to enroll your initial group of eligible participants. Applications will be made available to your eligible employees through our Enrollment portal; those employees will simply need to log in and complete the application, which can be pre-filled with information that you have provided (such as address, date of birth, etc).

Throughout the enrollment process, your account manager will provide ongoing support in securing accurate and complete enrollment data in order to streamline policy issuance.

On-going Program Administration

Our administrative expertise extends well beyond the point of the enrollment of program participants. For the ongoing administration of your program, we will provide role-based access to our Administration portal where you will be able to:

• View current program participants and Report Changes – Additions, Terminations, or Benefit Changes
• Monitor application completion progress
• Retrieve Invoices and view Payment History 
• Run Year-End Reports
• Access Forms and other pertinent material to assist you in administering the program
